We are proud to provide both medical and non-medical homecare services to all ages of our community. SummitWest Care is based in Grand Junction, CO and proudly serves Mesa, Gunnison, Pitkin, Eagle and Garfield counties. We serve those who are ill, temporarily disabled and those who require long-term care. All nurses and therapists are provided at the direction of an established physician’s plan of care.

Our caregivers assist with daily activities, offer meaningful companionship, and support each personโ€™s unique needs with dignity and respectโ€”bringing peace of mind to both clients and their families.

Notice of Availability Of Language Assistance Services

SummitWest Care provides language assistance services to individuals with limited English proficiency through LANGUAGE LINE. This process is designed to help staff take reasonable steps to provide meaningful access for individuals to whom this policy applies, including clients and their companion(s). A companion includes a family member, friend, or associate of an individual seeking access to our services, programs, or activities, who, along with such individual, is an appropriate person with whom we should communicate.

This service is FREE to any and all clients and their companions and free to anyone inquiring services or employment at SummitWest Care. LanguageLine Services connects us with a live interpreter in 240+ languages including American Sign Language.
